Calculation of Marks of Account Assistant Answer Key

1. JKSSB Finance Accounts Assistant Examination is a Multiple choice question test
2. There are 120 questions. 
3. The total marks for the examination are 120
4. Each question carries one mark.
5. A negative marking of 0.25 mark is done for every wrong answer and multiple answers to one question.
6. Calculate the number of correct answers, Calculate the number of wrong answers and multiply with 0.25.
7. Now, subtract the wrong answer score from the correct answer score.

JKSSB Accounts Assistant Finance Document Verification

All such candidates who get provisionally shortlisted for Accounts Assistant Posts in Finance Department of J&K need to appear for Document Verification before the designated Document Verification Committee(s) as per the date and venue.

The said candidates are required to appear before the Document Verification before the committee with the following documents in original, and

• Copy of Online Application form.
• D.O.B Certificate.
• Reservation category certificate, if applicable.
• Domicile Certificate.
• Discharge Certificate, along with PPO number and Ex-Serviceman Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
• Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Certificate issued by the Competent Authority,
• Other documents as per the advertisement.
• Bonafide certificate on the format prescribed by the Board duly issued by the Controller /Principal of the concerned school in respect of candidates, who have obtained degrees from the school/board outside the State of J&K.

The candidates has to produce an Online Application Form as well as original documents together with a self-attested photocopy of each document/ certificate on the day of document verification.

in view of the above the result/ score sheet, based on the performance of candidates who appeared in the Computer Based Written Test (CBT) for the posts of Motor Vehicle Traffic Assistant, (Transport Department), UT, Divisional Cadre Kashmir and Jammu , Item No 87, 91 and 95, advertised vide
Advertisement Notification No 04 of 2020, is hereby notified as Annexure “A”.

It is further notified that

Mere figuring in the result/ score sheet shall not entitle a candidate to be called for document verification or appear in the Select List and that he/she has to fulfil other eligibility conditions as laid down and decision of the Board in this regard shall be final.

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board will call candidates falling in the consideration zone, based on the merit obtained by them for document verification. The schedule for Document Verification shall be notified separately.

Any candidate desirous of making representation with regard to position assigned to him/her in the score sheet, may do so by or before 20th of March 2022, through e-mail on official email address
ssbjkgrievance@gmail.com. Such representation shall be disposed of in accordance with the extant Rules.
