JKSSB Document Verification for Various posts, PDF list released

Supplementary Document Verification of the candidates falling under consideration zone for various categories of posts advertised vide Advertisement Notification Nos. 04, 05, 06 and 07 of 2020 and
01 of 2021, for which the Computer Based Written Test (CBT) Examination was conducted from 27th October to 02 of November 2021.

The candidates falling in consideration zone are hereby called to appear physically for Document Verification before the designated Counselling Cum Document Verification Committees, on 17.02.2022 at the JKSSB, Hema Complex, Sector -3, Channi Himmat, Jammu (Jammu Based Candidates) and in the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board, Central Office, Zum Zum Building Rambagh, Srinagar (Kashmir Based Candidates) respectively.

It is further, notified that the said candidates are required to carry the original as well as photocopies of the following documents:

• Copy of Online Application form.
• D.O.B Certificate (10th Diploma /Marks card).
• Reservation category certificate, if applicable.
• Domicile certificate.
• 10+2 Marks sheet /Diploma.
• Bonafide certificate on the format prescribed by the Board duly issued by the Controller /Registrar of the concerned University in respect of candidates, who have obtained degrees from the Universities/ Colleges/Institutes outside the State of J&K, other than Central Universities
• Other documents as per prescribe qualification shown in the advertisement.

Moreover, the candidates are required to justify their genuine claims
with supporting documents to show as to why they did not appear at the earlier
scheduled dates
