JKPSC Received 4453 online application forms for Mains examination of Civil services, wheras upon scrutiny of all the documents it has been observed that some applicants have not submitted valid documents viz Domicile, Character, Date of Birth, Category Certificates and many other candidates have not even uploaded their documents in the given period of time, the list is given below here and the conditions are applied hereafter.
