JKBOPEE NEET UG Counselling 2022: Dates, Choice filling, Eligibility

JKBOPEE conducts the NEET Counselling for MBBS, BDS, BUMS, BAMS, BPT admissions in all the government and private medical colleges of Jammu and Kashmir. In this Article we have shared the whole process of counselling in detail.

JK NEET Counselling 2022: Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the counselling process of JKBOPEE NEET 2022, a candidate must fall under this eligibility criteria:

• He/She must be a permanent resident of J&K, or a Domicile of JK & Ladakh UT.
• He/She must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognised institute with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as core subjects.
• They must have qualified NEET 2022 by scoring more than or equal to the cutoff marks

JKBOPEE NEET 2022 Counselling Dates

The first round of JKBOPEE NEET UG 2022 counselling will be done on the following dates.

JKBOPEE NEET Choice filling / Preference form

The JK NEET 2022 counselling can be conducted online or offline, and to be considered for the seat allotment process, the candidates will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 1500 (irrespective of their category).

The preference form needs to be filled by all the eligible candidates who figure in the merit list to be considered for the seat allotment process. There is no limit to the number of choices that a candidate can fill in the preference form. However, once the final submission has been made, no candidate will be allowed to alter/change the choices filled.

JKBOPEE NEET Counselling Process

First of all Bopee releases a Provisional Merit list of both the UTs Jammu and Kashmir & Ladakh. and after that a final merit list is issued and then all the eligible candidates are asked to give preference for the allocation of a medical colleges, these colleges includes both private and government medical institutes.

And then on the basis of preferences given by a candidate and keeping their UT rank in consideration 1 college person candidate is allocated in the 1st Provisional selection list.

The process remains same for all the categories.

JK NEET UG Counselling Documents

The candidates shall report to the colleges allotted along with necessary documents including the following for admission:-

1. Date of Birth Certificate.
2. Marks Card of 10+2.
3. Domicile Certificate.
4. Category Certificate, if any.
5. Valid income Certificate in respect of Poor & Backward category candidates.
6. Any other certificate demanded by the College authorities.
