In order to celebrate “Int’l World Language Day”, a well known literary body “Shehjaar-i-Adab Lolab” orgainsed a Poetic Symposium (Mehfil-e-Mushaira) here on Tuesday. The poetic symposium was held on Shehjaar-i-Adab official whatsapp group.
The online poetic symposium begins with the recitation of Holy Quran which was performed by Aadil Ashraf. The whole “Poetic symposium” was presided over by a famous fiction Writer Maqbool Nadeem while as the welcome address was addressed by President of the literary body Rashid Manzoor. On the eve, General secretary Shehjaar-i-Adab Lolab Aadil Ashraf was the presenter of the program while as the comment duties was performed by Manzoor Mohsin.
All the participants who unequivocally participated in the online “Mehfil-e-Mushaira” extended their “Kala’ams’” were througly appreciated & analysis in a lively manner by President Shehjaar-i-Adab Lolab Rashid Manzoor.
“I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all my participants who unequivocally participated in todays’ “Mehfil-e-Mushaira”, adding “We should speak in our mother language which is our own identity”, President Shehjaar-i-Adab remarked,
The poets’ who took part in the online Mehfil-e-Mushaira & presented their Kala’ams’ in mother tongues were Rashid Manzoor, Maqbool Nadeem, Bashir Shahid, Anwar Aajiz, Syed Wasil, Bhat Khurshid, Maqbool Lolabi, Adil Sogami, Ghulam Hussain Ghamgeen, Manzoor Mohsin Ashiq Mashooq, Irshad Ahmad Irshad, Osama Farooq, Zahida Zareen, Shaheen Ayesha, Shokeena Shoq, Altaf Ariz & Ashraf Adil Lolabi.
A total number of 18 poets’ participated in an online poetic symposium which was held through the official whatsapp group of “Shehjaar-i-Adab”.
