NEET UG Counselling 2022: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will release the detailed counselling schedule for the National Eligibility and Entrance Test- Undergraduate (NEET UG 2022) for All India Quota anytime soon. Once released, eligible candidates can register for the same through the official website of MCC at mcc.nic.in. As per NEET UG Information Bulletin, admission to all seats of Undergraduate Medical / Dental Courses will be done through NEET (UG) – 2022. The following are the seats available under different quotas:

The Counselling for successful candidates for Seats under 15% All India Quota and 100% including 85% State quota seats of Central Institutions (ABVIMS & RML Hospital/VMMC & Safdarjung Hospital/ESIC)/ Central Universities (including DU/ BHU /AMU)/ AIIMS/ JIPMER and Deemed Universities, will be conducted by the MCC/DGHS for Undergraduate Medical / Dental Courses. MCC only does the registration for AFMC and forwards the data of registered Candidates to AFMC Authorities for the admission process. DU/BHU and other Universities may use the score for any other relevant courses being offered by them.

NEET UG Counselling 2022 Rounds

The NEET AQI Counselling process for the year 2022 will be divided into 4 Rounds. They are Round 1, Round 2, Mop Up Round, and Stray Round. During counselling, the eligibility criteria, self-declaration, various documents, etc. of the eligible candidates shall be verified as per norms specified by the respective authorities and/or Medical / Dental Colleges. New/Fresh registrations will only be done in AIQ round 1, AIQ round 2, and AIQ mop-up round only

NEET UG Counselling Fees

During the registration process, candidates are required to register on the portal and pay a registration fee. The fee once deposited will not be refunded.

Documents Required

NEET PG Counselling 2022 Latest Update: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) is all set to begin the choice filling process for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG) Counselling tomorrow, September 20, 2022. The candidates who want to apply for the round 1 counselling can apply on the official website of the MCC at mcc.nic.in. The round 1 registration process for the NEET PG counselling will be closed on September 23.

Those who register during this period can fill and lock their choices up to September 25. As per the official schedule, the payment facility will be available till September 23 up to 8:00 PM. The round 1 seat allotment result will be declared on September 28.

How to Register For NEET PG Counselling 2022?

Go to the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) at mcc.nic.in.
On the homepage, click on the “PG Medical Counselling” section.
Now click on the “New Online Registration For Round 1.”
The link for registration will be displayed. Click on it
Enter the required information and register yourself on the portal.
Now login and fill up the application form.
Upload documents, pay the registration fee, and submit.
Take a printout of the application form.

Under PARVAAZ Scheme, Mission Youth, J&K through Office of CEO, Mission Youth, J&K invites online applications from eligible and interested 12th pass candidates for appearing in selection process for availing free coaching for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) Exam and Joint Entrance Examination JEE) conducted by National Testing Agency for admission to undergraduate medical courses and undergraduate engineering courses respectively.

The general terms and conditions regarding the selection process, eligibility, educational qualification, domicile, Coaching Programs etc are as follows:

Selection shall be based on merit arrived at based on marks in 10th and 12th standard.

Eligibility

1. Qualification Criteria

The candidate should have cleared the 12th examination on or before the
date of issue of this notification.
The candidates will be required to upload scanned copy of relevant Certificates such as Mark sheets etc. for completion of 12th standard on or before the date of this notification, failing which the candidature of such candidates shall be rejected.

2. Family Income

Only the candidates having total gross family income from all sources not exceeding F8.00 lakh per annum shall be eligible for free coaching under the scheme.
The candidate must possess Income Certificate (in original) issued by the Competent Authority/Tehsildar on the format prescribed for the purpose, on or before the date of document verification, to be declared subsequently. The Income Certificate should not be older than 6 months.
The income certificate shall be submitted at the time of Document Verification (DV).Keeping in view the time taken for the issuance of family Income certificate, Candidates, without Income Certificate or with older Income Certificates, are advised to immediately apply for fresh Annual Family Income Certificate to the competent Authority/Tehsildar to ensure that they have the requisite certificate issued well in time. No alternate to Annual Family Income Certificate shall be accepted.

3. Domicile

The candidate should be a Domicile of the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir. The candidate must possess Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority on the format prescribed for the purpose, on or before the date of date of document verification.

4. Dropper Candidate

The candidate should be a 12th dropper i.e.. passed 12th standard, desirous of appearing in NEET-UG/JEE examination in 2023 and should not have taken admission in any regular undergraduate/diploma course. The candidate shall have to submit an undertaking on account of same during the online application stage.

Selection and Allotment Procedure

a. Selection shall only be based on merit arrived at based on marks in 10th and 12th standard.
Based on the merit and preliminary scrutiny of documents submitted by candidate online, the provisional merit list of candidates shall be issued. Then, these candidates shall attend physical counselling for document verification and for allotment of institute. The provisionally selected candidates shall have to attend counselling along with original documents, domicile certificate and income certificate.
The vacancies arising due to non-attendance/ withdrawal at counselling shall be
filled from the candidates in the waiting list.
Post counselling, the final selection list of the candidates shall be issued.

How to Apply for Free Coaching Scheme?

The selection procedure and application process shall be as under:

For applying under PARVAAZ scheme, the candidate shall go the portal of Mission Youth (https://missionyouthjk.in/) and click on Apply for PARVAAZ Scheme (NEET UG/JEE Coaching) under the Notification Section.
The candidate shall upload the recent passport size picture in jpeg/jpg format.
Then candidate shall fill up the details in the form. For doing so, the candidate shall keep scanned copies of the following document handy:
- Mark Sheet 12th Standard
- Mark Sheet 10th Standard
- Photo-ID Proof
- Date of Birth Certificate
The candidate shall accept the undertaking before submission of form.
Application Number shall be issued at the end of application submission.
Candidates are advised to preserve the same for future reference.
No editing shall be allowed once form is submitted. So, candidates are advised to exercise due caution at the time of form filling.

MCC Makes Big Change, Allows Candidates to Alter Category, Nationality, Details Here

NEET PG Counselling 2022: Here comes a big update for the NEET students. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has now allowed candidates to change their category from Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Classes (OBC) or Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) to Unreserved (UR) in National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) PG counselling 2022. Moreover, the MCC has allowed NEET PG 2022 candidates to change their nationality back to Indian. The move came after the MCC allowed candidates to change their nationality from Indian to Non-Residential Indian (NRI).

“It is for the information of NEET PG 2022 candidates who had inadvertently filled their category as SC/ ST/ EWS/ OBC in the registration form of NBE but later realised that they are unable to claim reserved category seat due to any reason. MCC of DGHS, MoHFW is allowing ‘Change of Category’ option on front page of Registration form which may be availed by only those candidates who wish to change their category from SC/ST/OBC/EWS to UR category for Round 1 of NEET PG Counselling, 2022 and subsequent rounds,” the MCC said in the official notification.

The MCC further added that once the candidates change their category or nationality from ‘NRI’ to ‘INDIAN’, then they will be deemed to be UR/Indian for further rounds of NEET PG 2022 counselling and they will not be able to change their category or nationality.

“It is again informed that the candidates can avail the facility of ‘Change of Category/Nationality’ only once. Also, as per the counselling policy of MCC of DGHS, MoHFW, benefit of OBC reservation is given to candidates of OBC-NCL category who belong to Central List of OBC,” MCC notification further stated.

Moreover, the MCC started the registration for Round 1 of NEET PG 2022 counselling at mcc.nic.in. With this, the candidates can register for the NEET PG counselling process for 50% All India Quota (AIQ) round 1 till September 23.

Student Secures 570/720 on Result Day, Score Changes 129 Next Day, Writes to NTA For Clarification

NEET UG 2022: The NEET UG Results this year have been marred by technical glitches. One such incident is reported from Maharashtra’s Gadchandur where a NEET candidate on the day of the NEET UG results cleared the medical exam by securing 570/720 marks. However, on the next day when she checked again, she found to her surprise that the number had dropped to 129 without any explanation.

Devti More and her family are both shocked by the technical glitch on the NTA website. Perplexed by the development, Devti even has sent a mail to NTA but hasn’t received any response yet.

After the NEET UG results were declared, Devti checked the NEET result on her tablet and even took a screenshot. And then on the second day, when she logged into the NTA website again, she was shocked to see a much lower score that what she saw on the first day.

“I checked the OMR sheet and the answer key and calculated that I got 570. On September 8, the NEET UG 2022 result also showed that I got 570 marks. But when I logged in the next day, I was shocked to see 129 as my score,” Devti was quoted as saying by India Today.

“There must be some technical issue. I have sent a mail to NTA but no response has come yet,” she adds.

Talking about the disappointing technical glitch on the NTA website, her mother said her daughter has scored 570 marks but the number changed in a single day.

“What should we do? Who do we ask for justice? “My daughter is very upset, she is not eating food for two days,” says her mother Archana.

NEET PG Counselling 2022 Latest News: The round 1 registration process for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling 2022 will open on Thursday, September 15, 2022. Eligible candidates can apply for the round 1 counselling by visiting the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee at mcc.nic.in. According to the official schedule, the payment facility will be available till September 23 up to 8:00 PM. Those who register during this period can fill and lock their choices up to September 25.

The verification of candidates will be done by respective Universities/Institutes from September 23 to 24, 2022. The seat allotment process will be conducted till September 27, and the round 1 seat allotment result will be declared on September 28.

Following the round 1 result, the registration process for the round 2 seat allotment will be conducted from October 10. The NEET PG counselling will be held for two rounds with a mop-up round and a stray vacancy round for AIQ, Central University seats and AFMS, DNB PG seats.

Visit the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee at mcc.nic.in
On the homepage, Click on the ‘PG Medical Counselling’ section.
The link for registration will be displayed. Click on it.
Enter the required information and register on the portal.
Now login and fill up the application form.
Upload documents, pay the registration fee, and submit the form.
Take a printout of the application form.

MCC does not host any website other than www.mcc.nic.in. Candidates should beware of fake website.
MCC of DGHS allots seats to candidates on the basis of merit and choices filled by them through MCC software which can be downloaded only by the successful candidates from MCC website.
MCC does not allot seats on nomination basis. It is further reiterated that no letters are issued by MCC of DGHS to successful students. Candidates who have been allotted seats by MCC have to download Provisional Allotment Letters from MCC website and report at allotted colleges for admission. Hence, candidates are advised to beware of any letters issued by scrupulous persons on behalf of MCC regarding allotment of seats. NEET UG 2022 Counselling Schedule 2022 Latest Update: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will soon release the Counselling Schedule for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test -Undergraduate (NEET-UG). Once published, eligible candidates can download the NEET UG Counselling Schedule by visiting the official website, mcc.nic.in. Till now, the officials have not released any date/ time in this regard. NEET UG Result 2022 has been declared on September 07, for over 18 lakh candidates on neet.nta.nic.in. The single largest medical entrance examination was held on July 17 in pen and paper mode.

All candidates who have qualified the NTA NEET UG entrance examination will be eligible to register for Counselling procedure in an online mode. MCC will conduct the NEET Counselling for 15 % All India Quota(AIQ) Seats in government colleges and 100 per cent seats in deemed central/ universities, ESIC/AFMS, AIIMS, JIPMER, and BSc Nursing programmes on the grounds of NEET 2022.

Visit the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee at mcc.nic.in.
On the homepage, click on the “UG Medical Counselling” section.
Click on the Counselling Schedule option.
A new PDF will open on the screen.
The NEET UG Counselling schedule will be displayed on the screen.
Download it and take a printout of it for future reference.
