Committee(s) on scheduled date due to various reasons, are hereby given last and
final opportunity to appear before the Document Verification Committee on 06th and 07th of December 2021 at Central Office of the J&K Services Selection Board, Zum
Zum Building, Rambagh, Srinagar or JKSSB Divisional Office, Sehkari Bhawan, Panama
Chowk, Jammu at 10.30 AM sharp, failing which no claim in this regard shall be
entertained at any stage.

  1. The final examination schedule indicating dates in respect for the posts of Jr
    Statistical Assistant, Divisional Cadre Kashmir/Jammu, Advertisement vide

    conducted from 07-12-2021 onwards. It is further informed that the Admit Cards for the

Computer Based Written Test (CBT) for the posts of Jr Statistical Assistant,
Divisional Cadre Kashmir/Jammu, Advertisement vide Notification No 04 of
2020, under Item No 107 and 113 w.e.f 07.12.2021 to 11.12.2021-regarding.

  1. The final examination schedule indicating dates in respect for the posts of Jr
    Statistical Assistant, Divisional Cadre Kashmir/Jammu, Advertisement vide
    Notification No 04 of 2020, under Item No 107 and 113 is hereby notified and shall be
    conducted from 07-12-2021 onwards. It is further informed that the Admit Cards for the
    aforesaid posts shall be available for downloading from 28th of November, 2021 onwards

  1. The Candidates can get access to the Admit Cards from main homepage (Hall Ticket Computer Based Test (CBT) for the posts of Jr Statistical Assistant) by entering his/her application form number and Date of Birth.
  2. The candidates are once again intimated that there shall be negative marking for wrong answers (0.25 for each wrong answer) attempted in the said examination.

    the J&K Services Selection Board, Hema Complex, Sector -3, Channi Himmat, Jammu

    Srinagar with evidence in support of his/her claim. No claim or representation shall be
    entertained after 05th of November 2021.

Advertisement Notice No 01 of 2020 dated 26-06-2020, but could not appear before
the Document Verification Committee(s) on scheduled date due to various reasons,
are hereby given last and final opportunity to appear before the Document Verification
Committee on 30th of November 2021 at notified venue(s) shown against each in
the above said notices at 10.30 AM sharp, failing which no claim in this regard shall
be entertained at any stage.

JKSSB has issued a circular which reads: The candidates who claim to be undergraduates and were not selected in the 1st Merit list because their data in JKSSB was showing them being Graduates.

JKSSB has given a period of 7 days to all these candidates under selection No 2 for Class IV posts to reach JKSSB office and prove their credentials, in short candidates who are figuring in the below given Selection list have to prove that they do not possess higher qualifications.

Eligibility, Graduates not eligible:

Class-IV: Matric and 10+2 Pass, candidates who has successfully passed their 10th(Matric) or 10+2 from any recognized board is eligible for Class-IV posts.

Candidates Possessing above qualifications than 12th are not eligible for the said class iv posts.

After verification of documents all those students with above qualifications, their nomination for the pots will be rejected.

Whereas only qualified candidates with 10th as minimum and 12th as maximum qualification will get the Job Letter by JKSSB.

Conduct of Computer Based Type Test (Skill Test) Phase 04th of Kashmir
based candidates for the post of Junior Assistant, Cadrex Clerk, Casher, Jr
Assistant /Computer-cum-Jr Assistant/ Clerk/Store Attendent and Welfare
Organizer, UT Cadre, Divisional Cadres and various Districts, Advertisement
Notification Nos 04, 05, 06 and 07 of 2020 and 01, 02 and 03 of 2021-
regarding.

Candidates who are scheduled in the said test are advised to download their
Admit Cards from our official website of the Board i.e (www.jkssb.nic.in) from
today i.e 25-11-2021 onwards.

  1. The candidates will not be permitted entry into Type test venue without the
    Admit Card and a valid photo identity which shows the photo clearly. Please
    again note that apart from Admit Card, the candidates shall be required to
    produce a photo identity card (Aadhar/Voter Identity Card / Driving License /
    Passport / Pan Card / Ration Card / Student Identity Card / Identity Card
    Issued by Competent Authority) as proof of your identity at the time of the
    exam.
  2. The candidates must note their admit Card will be checked at a registration
    counter at the Venue.

Note

The candidates are advised to bring two recent photographs and
Photostat copy of each certificate self-attested by the candidate
for depositing with the Board on the scheduled date and time in
addition to original documents, failing which no claim / objection
in this regard shall be entertained.

  1. The candidate(s) who fail to appear in the Type Test on the given
    date shall forfeit his right of consideration.
  2. The candidates are hereby directed that Wearing of masks is
    mandatory during type test and also advised to carry hand
    sanitizer for their personal use.

The Chief Secretary gave the JKSSB a target of completing the recruitment process for 10,000 posts referred by different departments by end of the current financial year, besides, completing the recruitment for 1200 posts of Sub-Inspectors by March as well.

JK Government has recently upgraded the Sub Inspector Posts from 800 to now 1200, earlier JKSSB had advertised 800 Sub Inspector vacancies via advertisement no 6 of 2021 but now under the directions of JK Government, SSB has increased these vacancies to 1200 Posts.

Selection list of candidates for the post of “Tabla Assistant” (Higher
Education Department) Division Cadre, Jammu and advertisement vide
Notification No. 09 of 2013 dated 21.06.2013, under Item No. 696.

The Board conducted the laid down examination/skill tests in accordance
with the prescribed norms and procedures and finalized the selection process.
Subsequently, the selection list prepared, in light of the criteria adopted by the Board
under relevant rules and on the basis of merit obtained by the candidates, was approved
by the Board and is hereby forwarded herewith as Annexure “A”, comprising 01
candidates selected under SC category.


Further, the list notified shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition (s)
(if any) pending disposal before any competent Court of jurisdiction related to the
selection.
