2. Computer Based Test (CBT)
Candidates who applied for the position underwent a Computer Based Test on 07.02.2023. The result/score-sheet of the CBT was published on 28.06.2023.
3. Document Verification (DV) and Supplementary Document Verification (SDV)
Candidates falling under the consideration zone underwent Document Verification and Supplementary Document Verification. This crucial step ensured the authenticity of the candidates’ documents.
4. Provisional Selection List
The Selection Committee constituted by the Board framed the Provisional Selection List based on merit, preferences, eligibility criteria, and category-wise vacancies.

What Does the Final Selection List Entail?
Notification and Forwarding
The Final Selection List, as prepared by the Selection Committee, was notified vide Notification No. 02-Selection of 2024 dated 09th of January 2024. It was subsequently endorsed under No. JKSSB-PLAN/27/2023-03(E-7283041).
Unfilled Vacancy
Regrettably, one post under ALC/IB category (Item No. 063; Divisional Cadre, Kashmir) remained unfilled as no eligible candidate fulfilled the benchmark for selection.
Legal and Inquiry Aspects
The Selection List is subject to the outcome of writ petition(s)/OA(s) and any inquiry involving candidates listed. The document verification/scrutiny conducted by the Board is limited to physical possession of certificates, and the responsibility for ascertaining genuineness/validity lies with the Indenting Department/Appointing authority.
