Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) Announces Junior Engineer Mechanical Result 2023; PDF Available for Download
Jammu & Kashmir, October 9, 2023 – The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released the much-awaited results for the Junior Engineer (Mechanical) position in the Public Works Department (PWD) of the Union Territory. The written examination for this post, advertised under Advertisement Notification No. 06 of 2022, under Item No. 202, was conducted on October 1, 2023. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now check their results on the official website of JKSSB.
The JKSSB issued the provisional answer key on October 1, 2023, through Notice No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/67/2023-03 (7271536). After carefully considering the objections raised by candidates, the board has finalized the answer key. The revised/final answer key was notified on October 12, 2023, under the reference number JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/67/2023-03 (7271536).
The results, indicating the performance of candidates in the written test, have been published as Annexure “A.” As per the official statement released by the board, being listed in the result/score sheet does not guarantee selection. Candidates must meet all other eligibility conditions as specified in the original advertisement. The decision of the Board regarding eligibility conditions and selection criteria is considered final.
Candidates falling within the consideration zone, based on their merit, will be called for document verification. The schedule for document verification will be announced separately by the Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB). It is imperative for candidates to fulfill all necessary requirements during the verification process to be considered for final selection.
