Conduct of second (physical) up-gradation / allotment round of
counselling for admission to GNM courses-2021 of eligible candidates.

Consequent upon receipt of the shortfall from various Colleges / Institutions,
the Board has decided to conduct a second round of physical up-gradation/
allotment counselling of eligible candidates for admission to GNM courses-2021.
The interested candidates are advised to report at BOPEE Office, Srinagar/Jammu
between 9.00 AM to 10.30 AM for Attendance/ Registration. The schedule of counselling shall be as under

The candidates who have failed to join against the allotted seats during first
round of counselling shall not be eligible to participate in this round of
counselling.
The candidates who failed to attend the first round of counselling due to
one or the other reason shall be eligible to participate in this round of counselling.
The candidates in whose case the choice was not available or seat was not available
(CNA/SNA) during the first round of counselling are also eligible to participate in this
round of counselling.

1. All eligible candidates who are interested to participate in the
   counselling process scheduled to be held from 08.11.2021 to
   18.11.2021 are advised to bring the receipt of admission fee
   deposited by them at the respective College/ Institution allotted to
   them by the Board during first round of physical counselling

Provisional Selection List of candidates for admission to Post Basic B.Sc.
Nursing Course-2021.

In pursuance of notification No.106-BOPEE of 2021 dated 15-10-2021, the
Board conducted a physical round of counseling of eligible candidates who had
applied for admission to Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing course 2021 on 22-10-2021 at
BOPEE Office, Srinagar/ Jammu simultaneously.

The candidates who participated
in the said counseling and have been allotted seat / Colleges as per their merit cum preferences are hereby provisionally selected for admission to the said
Course in various Private colleges of Union Territory of J&K, The candidates are advised to report to their respective
allotted Colleges/ Institutions w.e.f. 23-10-2021 to 01-11-2021 (03.00 PM) along
with the following documents

JKBOPEE BSc Courses Counseling Note 1

• The candidates are advised to report at the BOPEE Office, Srinagar/ Jammu on their respective day/date of counselling at 8.30 AM to 10.30 AM for registration/attendance for submission of preferences forms.
• Candidates shall have to make the payment of Rs. 1000/= as counselling charges/fee, through POS Machines available in theBOPEE Office, Jammu / Srinagar on the day/date of counselling.

BOPEE Counselling Note 2

1. It is compulsory for all the eligible candidates, who have been called for
   counselling as per the above counselling schedule shall bring along
   with them the copy of Admit Card and Application Form submitted by
   them at the time of applying for the above courses.
2. All the candidates including those whose forms are deficient have to
   bring all relevant documents like Domicile Certificate, 12th class
   qualification certificate and Reserved category certificate, if any, on the
   same day / time of the counselling at BOPEE office Jammu / Srinagar,
   failing which they shall not be allowed to participate in the counselling
   process on their own risk and responsibility and their candidature shall
   be cancelled abinitio.
3. The Reservation Policy shall be applicable in respect of Government
   Institutions only under S.O. 127 of 2020 dated 20-04-2020, read with
   SO-249 of 2021 dated 23-07-.2021.
4. The list of candidates who have been awarded sports points by the J&K
   Sports Council vide letter No SC/491-B.SC. Nursing/7513 dated 11-10-
   2021 is already available on BOPEE website www.iakbopee.gov.in.
5. The candidates are strictly advised to follow the SOP’s and guidelines
   issued by the Government with regard to COVID-19.
   Other terms and conditions shall remain the same as notified in the eInformation Brochure and Notifications/Notice issued by the Board from time to
   time on the subject.

Important Notice

Consequent to the issuance of Notification No. 104-BOPEE of 2021 dated
13-10-2021, where-under the Provisional Merit List of the candidates, who had
appeared in the Common Entrance Test held on 19-09-2021 for admission to
B.Sc. Nursing/B.Sc. Paramedical / B. Sc. Technology Courses, 2021, it is hereby
notified that the candidates, who have scored 25 points and above in the said
Entrance Test, their physical round of counselling shall be held w.e.f. 25-10-2021
to 03-11-2021 as per the following schedule at BOPEE Office, Srinagar/Jammu
simultaneously.

Terms and Conditions

1. The eligible and desirous candidates have to report at the BOPEE offices Jammu/ Srinagar
   for registration/attendance & fulfillment of all formalities, from 08:30 AM up to 10:30 AM
   on their day/date of counselling
2. Candidates who have opted for C.N.A/S.N.A or who could not attend 1stcounselling due
   to unavoidable circumstances are eligible to attend the second round of Physical
   Counselling for allotment of seats in B.E/B. Tech. (Engineering) courses,
3. The Board has received three applications from the students having rank 658, 704 and
   1284 regarding change of their category from EWS to TFW. On examination of these
   representations, it has been found that these candidates have inadvertently mentioned their

Updated Provisional Merit list of the candidates who have applied to
B. Pharmacy Course 2O21 for further allotment of seats.

The Board vide Notification No:101-BOPEE ot 2021 dated 08-10-202’l issued
Provisional Merit list of the candidates who have applied to B. Pharmacy Course 2021
for objections thereof upto 12-10-2021 (04:00pm).

The applicant namely Sameer Ahmad Wani having Rank103 mentioned in the
Annexure A to the Notification No:-101-BOPEE of 2021 dated 08-’10-2021 has
represented before the Board that he has obtained 437 marks out of 500 in 12th class
examination but due to typographical error his marks have been mentioned as 410 out
of 500 in the merit list.

The Board has examined his representation and keeping in view
his marks of class 10+2 (i.e 437) he is accordingly placed at Rank No: 48 in the updated
provisional merit list which is annexed as Annexure: A to this Notification.

JKBOPEE Updated Merit List for b Pharmacy

The candidates figuring in this updates Merit list are advised to visit BOPEE
website daily for further provisional selection list on the basis of their rank mentioned in
the updated provisional merit list.

The other terms & conditions shall remain same as notified in various Notification
numbers issued in this regard from time to time.

Provisional Merit List/result for admission to B.Ed. Jammu,
course – 2021 after the conduct of Common Entrance Test on 18th
September 2021.

The provisional Merit list/result of all the candidates, who had
appeared in the Common Entrance Test conducted by the BOPEE in pursuance
of Notification No. 086-BOPEE of 2021 dated 09-09-2021 for admission to B. Ed
course Jammu – 2021 on 18th September 2021 are hereby notified.
