Enrollment of candidates who are Domiciles of J&K / Ladakh
and have appeared in NEET UG – 2021 from outside of UT’s
of J&K / Ladakh.

In continuation to Notification No. 127-BOPEE of 2021 dated 15.11.2021
read with Notice No 080-BOPEE of 2021 dated 27.11.2021, the Board has
received documents from 156 candidates who have applied upto cutoff date for
inclusion of their Roll numbers in NEET UG – 2021 list of candidates belonging to
the UT’s of J&K / Ladakh for their registration after surrendering their
participation in All India Quota Seats.

The Roll number wise list of such candidates is annexed as Annexure “A” to this Notice which is available below here.

However, mere inclusion of Roll Numbers of these 156 candidates in the
Annexure “A” shall not confer any right on these candidates for admission which
is subject to their eligibility and, further check / verification of their documents
during the process of Registration.

Conduct of allotment counselling (physical) for admission to M.Sc. Nursing
courses-2021.

it is hereby notified for information of all the eligible concerned candidates
that the Board shall conduct Physical Round of Counselling for candidates who figure in
Annexure “A” to this Notification and shall be held as per the following schedule.

Tuesday, 07 Dec 2021 from Rank 01- 172.

  • Candidates shall have to report at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar physically for registration/attendance & fulfilment of other formalities between 12 ‘O’ Clock to 01:00 P.M on above day/date.
  • Candidates are advised to bring their Domicile Certificate issued by the Competent Authority along with other relevant Certificates/documents as applicable which are to be presented at the time of Counselling.
  • The Board reserves the right to notify any changes as may become necessary in view of any technical difficulty or the reasons beyond its control.
  • All the candidates who will report for physical counselling at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar are advised to adhere strictly to the SOP’s/ guidelines issued by the Government of J&K from time to time regarding COVID-19.

the Board has notified Provisional Merit list of candidates, who have applied for admission
to M.Sc. Technology Courses 2021 and they have been advised to submit their
objections/deficient documents physically at BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar up to 17-11-2021 ln response to this, the Board received objections/documents which were examined
and the merit list was accordingly updated.

Conduct of 2nd physical up-gradation / allotment (Mop-up) round of
counselling for admission to Post-Basic BSc Nursing Courses-2021.

Consequent upon receipt of short fall from various institutions/ Colleges, the
Board has decided to conduct 2nd physical up-gradation / allotment(Mop-up) round of
counselling for admission to Post-Basic BSc Nursing Courses-2021 on 6th December
2021.

are willing / desirous to participate in this counselling which shall be held as per the

Important Instructions

Extension of time for enrollment and submission of documents
for NEET PG / NEET UG – 2021 by those candidates whose Roll
numbers do not figure in the roll number wise lists of UT’s of
J&K and Ladakh.

In response to Notice No. 072-BOPEE of 2021 dated 25.10.2021 and
Notification No. 127-BOPEE of 2021 dated 15.11.2021, where-under the NEET PG
and NEET UG.2021 candidates were advised to submit their documents etc. for
inclusion of their roll numbers in the lists notified by the board. In order to give last
and final opportunity to such candidates who have not submitted their requisite
documents upto the cut-off dates due to one or the other reasons can now submit
the same physically upto 30th of November,2021 (3.00PM) positively at BOPEE
Office Jammu/Srinagar during working days / hours. The required documents to be
submitted are given as under:-

  1. NEET Score Card 2021, ( NEET PG / UG )
  2. Domicile certificate of UT of J&K/Ladakh, as the case may be,
  3. An undertaking by the candidate that he/she will not participate for All India Quota seats.

Filling up of the seats under AYUSH Courses/BPT etc. through NEET UG merit 2021

It is hereby notified for information of the candidates aspiring to seek admission in AYUSH
courses in the UT of J&K that all these seats shall be filled up by the J&K BOPEE on the basis of
NEET UG Merit of 2021. The Board has already been following this procedure from, 2017 onwards.

Consequent upon receipt of the shortfall from Paramedical institutions, the Board
has decided to conduct the Second Round of Physical Counselling for up-gradation /
allotment of seats in B. Sc. Nursing /B. Sc. Paramedical/B. Sc. Technology Courses2021 in Government / Private Paramedical institutions of UT of J&K / Ladakh, as per
the following schedule:-

All the above mentioned eligible and desirous candidates are advised to
report at the BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar for registration/attendance & fulfilment
of requisite formalities, from 09:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. on their due day/date of
counselling as given in the above counselling schedule;

The Board has decided to reduce the cut off Score from 25 marks to 20 marks of
the eligible candidates for their participation in the Second Round of Physical
counselling i.e. up to Rank 5519.

Candidates Not Eligible to participate in the Second Round of Physical Counselling:

  • The candidates who have not joined the discipline/institution allotted to them
    in the first round of physical counselling;
  • The candidates who have cancelled (withdrawn) their admission after joining
    the discipline/institution allotted to them in the first round of physical
    counselling.

Candidates Eligible to participate in the Second Round of Physical Counselling:

  • The candidate(s) who have been allotted a seat in the first round of physical counselling, and have joined against the said seat.
  • The candidate(s) who have been opted C.N.A or S.N.A. status in the first round of physical counselling;
  • The candidate(s) who have missed the first round of physical counselling on one or the other reason;

NEET 2021 Cutoff GMC Srinagar, SKIMS

The cutoff can not be claimed by anyone, it will completely rely on the selection list, and the No of candidates who appeared in Counselling.

The cutoff for GMC Srinagar, Jammu, SKIMS is always high as compared to the other medical colleges in Jammu and Kashmir, as the maximum, no of candidates opt for these 3 colleges for MBBS Admission.

JKBOPEE NEET 2021 Counselling

One who has better rank has more chances of selection in these colleges and no doubt the rest of colleges such as GMC Baramulla, GMC Anantnag, GMC Rajouri, GMC Doda, GMC Kathua, ASCOMS are also very good, from the infrastructure of these colleges to the studies, the quality is pretty much good.

NEET UG All India Quota Reservation

Reservation in All India Quota seats shall be as follows:

  • SC – 15%
  • ST – 7.5%
  • PwBD – 5% Horizontal Reservation
  • OBC (Non- Creamy Layer)- 27 % Only in National Institutes/Central Universities
  • EWS- 10% Only in National Institutes/Central Universities

Provisional UT Merit List

(PML) shall be utilized for filling up of MBBS/BDS/DDH seats only and for filling up of
BUMS/BAMS/BPT seats, separate counselling shall be conducted at the relevant
point of time. Those candidates, who have not registered during this process of
registration shall be given an opportunity to register themselves at that point of
time for competing against the BUMS/BAMS/BPT seats.

Provisional selection list of eligible candidates for admission to GNM course
2021: ( Upgradation/allotment 2ndround of physical counseling thereof).

The candidates who participated in the said counselling
and have been allotted seats as per their merit cum preferences are hereby provisionally
selected for admission to GNM course 2021 in various colleges of UT of J&K.

The candidates are advised to report to their respective allotted
colleges/institutions from 20-11-2021 to 29-11-2021 up to 4:00 P.M positively along-with
o the following documents/certificates:-

  1. Marks card of 10+2.
  2. Date of Birth certificate of 10thclass.
  3. Domicile certificate.
  4. Category certificate if any.
  5. Medical fitness certificate.
  6. Any other certificate/document as required by the college authorities.

JKBOPEE GNM 2nd Provisional Selection list

In order to complete the admission process within the prescribed cut-off date (29-11-2021) the colleges/institutions shall keep their admission counters open even on
holidays/off days and designate Nodal Officers to facilitate the candidates to complete the
admission process well in time.
