- Ms. Rifat Aftab Qureshi: Transferred from Joint Director (Administration) in the Directorate of Rural Development, Kashmir, to Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Wullar-Manasbal.
- Dr. Tahir Firdous Dutta: Moved from Additional Secretary to the Government, Power Development Department, to Additional Commissioner (Central) in the office of Financial Commissioner (Revenue).
- Ms. Deepika Rana: Shifted from Additional Secretary to the Government, Department of Forest, Ecology, and Environment, to Chief Executive Officer, Jammu Urban Development Agency.
- Mr. Riyaz Ahmad Shah: Formerly Joint Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation, holding additional charges, now transferred as Joint Director (Administration) in the Directorate of Rural Development, Kashmir.
- Mr. Ghulam Mohammad Bhat: Reassigned from Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Wullar-Manasbal, to Joint Commissioner, Srinagar Municipal Corporation.
- Mr. Mohamamd Rashid: Assigned as Joint Director, Youth Services and Sports, Kashmir, after awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department.
- Mr. Fareed Ahmad Kohli: While holding the position of General Manager, DIC, Rajouri, is now tasked with the additional responsibility of Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Rajouri.
