Govt Orders Major Reshuffle of JKAS Officers

In the interest of efficient administration and the smooth functioning of various departments, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:

  1. Mr. Igbal Hussain Mir, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as State Taxes Officer in Srinagar, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Industries and Commerce Department for further posting.
  2. Mr. Azhar Amin Zargar, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as State Taxes Officer in Circle L, Srinagar, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government in the Agriculture Production Department.
  3. Mr. Sheetal Kumar Sharma, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as District Panchayat Officer in Ramban, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Transport Department for further posting.
  4. Mr. Sourabh Sharma, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Block Development Officer in Block Bhagwah, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Industries and Commerce Department for further posting.
  5. Ms. Arjumand Yaqoob, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Assistant Director in the Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Kashmir, is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of Social Welfare Department for further posting.
  6. Ms. Esha Chib, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as ART0 in Bol, is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of Housing and Urban Development Department for further posting as Under Secretary in the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), J&K.
  7. Mr. Mohammad Zubair Lattoo, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as ARTO in Anantnag, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Finance Department for further posting.
  8. Ms. Zeba Suleman, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Under Secretary to the Government in the Public Works (R&B) Department, is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs for further posting.
  9. Ms. Punika Pandita, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Deputy Registrar (Consumer) in Cooperative Societies, Jammu, is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of Transport Department for further posting.
  10. Mr. Mohd. Rafie, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as CDP0 in Khour, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Revenue Department for further posting.
  11. Mr. Ashiq Rafiq Maliq, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as State Taxes Officer in Rajouri, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Auqaf Islamia, J&K, for further posting.
  12. Mr. Javid Rehman Hajam, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Assistant Director in Tourism, Gulmarg, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Sports Council for further posting.
  13. Mr. Mohib ul Bukhari, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Under Secretary to the Government in Agriculture Production Department, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government in Public Works (R&B) Department.
  14. Mr. Akshar Kotwal, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Under Secretary to the Government in Jal Shakti Department, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Social Welfare Department for further posting.
  15. Ms. Fatima, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Under Secretary to the Government in Science and Technology Department, is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of Finance Department for further posting.
  16. Ms. Misba Arjumand, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Under Secretary to the Government in Youth Services and Sports Department, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government in Power Development Department.
  17. Mr. Showkat Ahmad Bhat, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Under Secretary to the Government in Home Department, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Transport Department for further posting.
  18. Ms. Sheetal Choudhary, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as State Taxes Officer in the office of Deputy Commissioner, State Taxes (Enforcement), Samba, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government in Revenue Department.
  19. Ms. Anjana Sudan, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Functional Manager in DIC, Udhampur, is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj for further posting.
  20. Ms. Alka Misra, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Assistant Director (Mils) in Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Jammu, is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj for further posting.
  21. Ms. Rupali Jasrotia, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Functional Manager in DIC, Udhampur, is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of Labour Department for further posting.
  22. Mr. Sushant Mahajan, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Assistant Director in Employment, Ramban, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Resident Commissioner, J&K Government, New Delhi, for further posting.
  23. Mr. Santosh Kumar, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Nodal Officer in the office of CEO, J&K State Health Agency, Ayushman Bharat-PMJAY, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department for further posting.
  24. Ms. Aafreen Wahid Ganai, Jr. JKAS, currently serving as Assistant Director in the Directorate of Social Welfare, Kashmir, is transferred and her services are placed at the disposal of Cooperatives Department for further posting.
  25. Mr. Muzamil Hassan Choudhary, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Under Secretary to the Government in Revenue Department, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Tourism Department for further posting.
  26. Mr. Muneer Hussain, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as BDO in Aripal, Pulwama, is transferred and posted as Nodal Officer in the office of CEO, J&K State Health Agency, Ayushman Bharat-PMJAY.
  27. Mr. Vishal Angurana, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as BDO in Nowshera, is transferred and his services are placed at the disposal of Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs for further posting.
  28. Mr. Aadil Bashir, Jr. Scale JKAS, currently serving as Under Secretary to the Government in ARI and Trainings Department, is transferred and posted as Nodal Officer in the office of CEO, J&K State Health Agency, Ayushman Bharat-PMJAY.
  29. Mr. Shabir Ahmad Baba, currently serving as Under Secretary to the Government in ARI and Trainings Department, is transferred and posted as Under Secretary to the Government in Department of Forest, Ecology and Environment.
  30. Mr. Arshad Jan, awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, is posted as Under Secretary to the Government in ARI and Trainings Department.
